OUR STORY
Sprout Behaviour Services was founded in 2018 by Erin Marshall MSc., BCBA, RBA (Ont), to bring high-quality, compassionate Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to families in the Niagara and Hamilton regions. We specialize in supporting children and youth in learning new skills, building independence, and reducing challenging behaviours—always in a way that honours the individual and what matters to them.

At Sprout, we believe growth starts with connection. Our work is grounded in trauma-assumed, assent-based practices that prioritize trust, joy, and autonomy. We collaborate closely with families, schools, and communities to provide support that truly fits each learner’s needs.

We support individuals of all neurotypes and learning styles, using approaches that are flexible, compassionate, and evidence-based. Our focus is on building practical, meaningful skills that align with each learner’s values, interests, and goals—whether that’s communicating more effectively, navigating social situations, increasing independence, or managing big emotions. We work alongside families and teams to create supportive environments where children and youth can grow into confident, capable versions of themselves.
