Erin Marshall
Owner & Clinical Director
Erin is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.) with 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Guided by Relational Frame Theory, Erin is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based support that truly honours the individual.
Inspired by Greg Hanley’s Today's ABA, Erin’s approach is centred on listening, learning, and creating joyful, safe, and engaging contexts where the individual leads the way. She believes in developing skills that are meaningful and appreciated by the individual, ensuring that therapy is assent-based, trauma-assumed, and tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
Erin has also received significant training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) specifically for behaviour analysts and uses these insights to further inform her practice. This integration of ACT principles allows Erin to support individuals in aligning their behaviours with their values, enhancing overall well-being.
Fully committed to continuing her education, Erin stays at the forefront of behaviour science by attending conferences, workshops, and countless webinars. This dedication reflects her pursuit of one goal: providing the best services possible to those she works with, always prioritizing trust, authenticity, and the well-being of the individuals she serves.
Outside work, Erin spends time coaching her kids sports, drinking coffee, hiking, or reading.
